Vantteico London – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Vantteico, we strive to deliver our premium, minimalist menswear with the utmost care, efficiency, and professionalism. Every order is packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer two delivery methods to our customers across the United Kingdom:

• Standard Delivery (Free):

  • Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days.

  • Cost: Free of charge.

• Express Delivery (Paid):

  • Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

2. Statutory Delivery Deadline

In strict compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all orders will be delivered to you within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your order confirmation. In the highly unlikely event that your order does not arrive within this 30-day statutory window, you are legally entitled to cancel your order for a full refund.

3. Transfer of Risk (Loss & Damage)

We take full responsibility for your luxury garments whilst they are in transit.

• Our Responsibility: The risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods remains entirely with Vantteico London until the physical goods have been delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a third party nominated by you (such as a neighbour or safe place designated in your delivery preferences).

• Damaged Deliveries: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately at costumer@vantteico.store with photographic evidence so we can arrange a swift replacement or refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor the journey of your Vantteico garments directly to your doorstep.
