Vantteico London – Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • Cancellation Window: This period begins the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive physical possession of the goods.

  • How to Notify Us: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email at costumer@vantteico.store before the 14-day period expires.

2. Returns Process & Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned to us in their original, pristine condition.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and premium packaging intact.

  • You must return the goods to our designated return address without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation to us.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they are safely received by our team.

3. Refund Timeline & Methodology

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund without undue delay.

  • Timeline: In strict compliance with UK law, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or 14 days from the date you provide verifiable proof that you have sent the goods back.

  • What is Refunded: We will refund the full price paid for the items, including the cost of our standard outward delivery option. Additional charges for express or premium delivery choices made at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our minimalist menswear line. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, your rights are fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • The 30-Day Short-Term Right to Reject: If your goods develop a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, you are legally entitled to a full refund.

  • After 30 Days: If a fault occurs after this initial 30-day window, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, you may then request a partial or full refund.

  • Faulty Returns Costs: If an item is verified as faulty, Vantteico will cover or reimburse all return shipping costs. Please contact costumer@vantteico.store immediately with photographic evidence and your order number to arrange a priority return.
